Delhi: DTC bus hits five vehicles in New Friends Colony; death of one

The police have admitted the injured to the hospital. The dead body has been sent for postmortem.

Delhi: DTC bus hits five vehicles in New Friends Colony; death of one

A horrific road accident took place on Wednesday in New Friends Colony area of Delhi. Here a DTC bus hit five vehicles strongly. One person has died in the accident.

It is being told that the cluster bus route number 534 which was coming from Nehru Place was going towards Maharani Bagh. The brake of the bus failed near Mashi Garh Chowk New Friends Colony. Five people were injured in the accident, the condition of two is critical.

The police have admitted the injured to the hospital. The dead body has been sent for postmortem. The accused bus driver, identified as 35-year-old Neeraj Kumar, has been arrested. At present, the police is engaged in further action.
