Raipur. The meeting is going on in Raipur West Assembly today. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is addressing the meet-meet programme. Informing the people about the schemes of the government, he said that the residents of this assembly are connected to the village as well as the city.
We have written a letter to the Prime Minister to get the census and survey done soon, so that the eligible people can also get the benefits of the schemes. Sunita, a resident of Vikas Nagar requested the Chief Minister to get a ration card made. On this, the Chief Minister instructed the concerned officer to get the information.
When asked about PDS, Yashoda Sahu, Telugu Para said that there are three members in her family. The family gets free rice and salt. Sugar is available for Rs 16 a kg.
On being asked by the Chief Minister, she told that due to being expensive, she does not buy kerosene and cooking gas, cooks food on the stove. Sandhya Sahu, a student of Swami Atmanand School, Tilak Nagar Gudhiyari, thanked the Chief Minister for arranging free education in English medium. Sandhya told that there is good education.
Laxmi Singh, a student of Class IX, described Swami Atmanand English Medium School as a good scheme, while Anjali Verma said that studies are very good. Atharv Sharma, class-10th student of Swami Atmanand located in Mohba Bazar told that in private school he used to pay 45-50 thousand rupees fees. Free reading here. You study well in school.
